皆さんは何かスポーツをしていますか？
私はスノーボード暦１６年、
サーフィン暦３年（というか３シーズンに数回・・・そして全く上達せず）、
そして季節や天候を問わずに出来るボウリング！！
お遊びで昔からよくボウリングはしていましたが
ここ２年ほど殆ど部活のノリです。
気がつくとマイボール（３９８０円・・・）＆マイシューズ（レンタル代が惜しいので２００円で購入）＆リスタイ（手首を固定するのですがあまり意味がわかっていない）を揃えていました。
しかし驚くほど下手です。ウケます。
でも楽しいです。
大人になると運動不足になりがちなのでこれからもせっせと部活を続けます。
いつか「シバキチカフェ杯ボウリング大会」なんてどうでしょう？

先日は下の記事の黒ゴマゼリーパフェ
ご馳走様でした。
予想通りウマウマでした！
帰ろうと思ったら･･･相方に見つかってしまいまして･･･
長居してしまいました。
私はスポーツは今のところうりの散歩
と自転車通勤(７キロ）のみですが
ここ１０年で太る一方なので･･･
今年から自転車通勤始めました。
犬と暮らすためには自分や家族が健康でなければ
なりませんよね♪
うりの為にも頑張ります(笑)

先日はうりちゃんの悪戯話、楽しかった（？）です！！
やはり大きくても子犬なんですねー。

これからヒンヤリデザートを増やしていきたいと思っています。

ガソリンも高いので最近は徒歩がふえました。

でも、多分茶毛より下手な人はそうそういないわ。
だって、大会があれば最下位かブービーだし。一度なんて後に飛ばしたことあるもの。
と言っても２０代の頃だけどね。
今は手首がやられそうなのでやってないけどさ。
